Luisa joined ReceptionHQ in May 2018 and is responsible for call centre operations in New Zealand, the US and UK. Luisa works closely with our team leaders, and their locally-based teams of virtual receptionists, to grow and deliver the premium receptionist experience we provide for our clients’ callers.
