Based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, Tracy’s responsibilities are diverse and include managing and training receptionists. Tracy says, “Beside the clever technology that allows us to provide our solutions, it’s our receptionists that set us apart.“ With the aim to be the best in the industry, receptionists start with four weeks training in the operations centre. They then work remotely, and are provided with on-going coaching and support. Tracy adds, “In Maroochydore our workplace culture is flexibility, empathy, being supportive to our team, having an open door policy and team focus.” Originally from the UK, Tracy once rode a motorbike from Cyprus to England on a shoestring, lived off the land and enjoyed the generosity of locals along the way.
